Our company's Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are networks of employees formed around a common dimension of diversity whose goals and objectives align with the company's strategy.
The company has eight ERGs that focus on cultural awareness, recruitment, retention, community outreach and professional networking. In 2020, the Asian Inclusion Network was established in addition to other ERGs representing various dimensions of diversity.
ERG-sponsored forums include employee professional development and networking, community outreach, cultural awareness, recruiting and retention. They also serve as a resource to the company for advocacy and community outreach and improving customer service through innovation.
Employee resource groups are open to all employees.
