Frequently Asked Questions
- It’s easy to change your password by following these steps:
- Sign in
- From the dashboard, click on "My Profile" in the upper right corner
- Select "Profile Setting" option
- Within Sign In section at the top of the page, follow the "Edit" option to change your password
- You can view up to 13 months of historical billing, payment and usage data. After 13 months, the old account number will be automatically removed from your online profile.
If you would like to manually remove the account number sooner than 13 months, Follow these steps to remove the account from your profile:- Select the old account in your account selector
- Navigate to My Account in top navigation bar
- Select Manage Account and scroll to the bottom of the page.
- At the bottom of the page, follow the steps to "REMOVE ACCOUNT." The account will be removed by the end of the day.

- To set up a digital profile, navigate to Register
- Select Home if you want to set up a profile for your residential account
- Provide information to help locate your account, like account number or social security number.
- Verify the information that was provided in step 2
- Select the accounts you would like to associate to your online profile
- Accept the Terms of Use
- Check your email for a validation link
- From this email, click the link and sign in with the email address and password you set up.
- It's easy to add additional accounts to your profile. Follow these simple steps:
- Sign In
- Navigate to My Profile in the upper right corner
- Select Add Account
- Select the type of account that you would like to add.
- Provide information to help locate your account, like account number or social security number.
- Verify the information that was provided in step 5
- Select the accounts you would like to associate to your online profile
- You can easily update your email address by following the steps below. Please be sure to complete step 6 in order to successfully sign in with your new email address:
- Sign In
- Navigate to My Profile in the upper right corner.
- Select Profile Settings.
- Under the Sign In section at the top of the page, select "Edit" next to your current email address and follow the process to change the email address.
- Click the button to sign out of your account.
- IMPORTANT: A validation link will be sent to your new email address. Click the link and sign in using your new email.
- After registering with My Account, you will need to validate your email address. To do this, we will send an email to the email address you provided during registration. Follow the prompts in the email to Sign In with your email address and password. That’s all there is to it.
If you have not validated your email address, you will receive a reminder to do so after seven days and again after 14 days. If you have not validated your email address after 21 days, your profile will be deleted and you will have to re-register. If you need further assistance, please contact Customer Service.
