My Account has recently been improved to offer new benefits and enhancements. You now have more flexible ways to view and pay your bill online, enhanced energy usage information for customers with smart meters, the ability to choose how you would like to receive communications, the option to set up a payment assistance plan and more.

    1. It’s easy. To set up your My Account, navigate to Register.
    2. Select the Home experience.
    3. Provide either your account number or social security number.
    4. Verify your information.
    5. Select the accounts you would like to associate to your online profile.
    6. Create profile. This includes providing email, phone number and password.
    7. Accept the Terms of Use.
    8. Check your email for a validation link.
    9. Click the link and sign into your account.
  • It’s easy to add additional accounts to your My Account profile. Follow these simple steps:
    1. Sign in.
    2. Navigate to My Profile.
    3. Select Add Account.
    4. Select the type of account.
    5. Enter the information to search for your accounts.
    6. Select the account(s) you would like to add to your online profile.
  • You will still be able to view up to 13 months of historical billing, payment and usage data. After 13 months, the old account number will be automatically removed from your online profile.
  • You will not be able to access My Account until your new email address is validated. Because an email address is considered your username, when you change the email address for your profile, this new email address will be your username moving forward. Please follow these simple steps:
    1. Sign in.
    2. Navigate to My Profile in the upper right corner.
    3. Within the Manage My Account section, select UPDATE PROFILE.
    4. Under the Sign In section, select edit next to your email and follow the process to update your email.
    5. A validation link will be sent to your new email address. Click the link and sign in.
    Please Note: You must complete step 5 for your new email address/username to take effect.
  • It’s easy to change your password by following these steps:
    1. Sign in.
    2. Open the My Profile navigation in the upper right corner.
    3. Select Profile Settings.
    4. Select Edit next to Password and follow the steps to change your password.
    1. Click "Need Help" found in the sign in box.
    2. Follow the prompt to Reset Password.
    3. Enter your email address.
    4. A temporary password will be sent to your email address.
    5. Follow the prompts in the email you received with the steps to reset your password.
