  • It’s easy. Simply sign into your account using your existing username and password. Then follow the prompts to:
    • Verify your existing email address and password
    • Enter and confirm a new password
    • Choose either a four-digit PIN or security question
    • Accept the Terms & Conditions
    • Check your email for a validation link
    • Use the link to sign into My Account for the first time
    Once you’ve set up My Account, you will no longer use your prior online account. You will only use My Account and the password you have chosen for it.
  • For your security, we offer two ways for you to verify your identity in case you forget your username or password. One method you may choose is the four-digit PIN, or personal identification number. Choose a four-digit number you can remember or access if necessary. This should not be confused with the PIN on your bill.
  • It’s easy to add additional accounts to your My Account profile. Follow these simple steps:
    1. Sign in.
    2. Navigate to MENU in the upper right corner.
    3. Within the Manage My Account section, select ADD ACCOUNT.
    4. Provide the account number you want to manage and one of the following options: Last 4 digits of your Social Security number, Federal Tax ID number or date of birth.
    Please Note: All accounts that match the same data will be automatically added to your profile.
  • The account number will be removed from your profile after 12 months.
  • Because an email address is considered your username, when you change the email address for your profile, this new email address will be your username moving forward. Please follow these simple steps:
    1. Sign in. 
    2. Navigate to MENU in the upper right corner.
    3. Within the Manage My Account section, select MANAGE ACCOUNT.
    4. Within the Email category, select Edit and follow the steps to change your email address.
    5. We will send an email to the email address you provide. Please be sure to follow the steps to validate your email address.
    Please Note: You must complete step 5 for your new email address/username to take effect.
  • It’s easy to change your password by following these steps:
    1. Sign in.  
    2. Open the MENU navigation in the upper right corner.
    3. Under MANAGE MY ACCOUNT, select PROFILE.
    4. Select EDIT next to Password and follow the steps to change your password.
  • You will need to select your new account number as your "primary" account. Follow these steps to update your primary account number:
    1. Click MENU in the upper right corner.
    2. Within Manage My Account, select Profile.
    3. Look for the Primary Account feature at the bottom of the page. Select EDIT link.
    4. From this page, select the account number you would like to see every time you sign into My Account.
