A little flexibility when you need a few extra days to pay.

If you know ahead of time that you will miss your due date, this payment option may be for you.

Eligible customers may request a due date extension of 1-10 business days twice per year

  • Due Date Extension option is available twice per year

  • Extend due date 1-10 business days

  • Open to customers not currently on an installment plan

Are you eligible?

Check your eligibility by signing in to your online account. Once you’re on your online account dashboard page, go to the Billing & Payments section at the top of the page. From there, select Payment Assistance Options and select Due Date Extension to get started. Please note, if you do not see this option offered, your account number is not eligible for this option.
