How to Cancel an Enrollment

Ohio Residential Customers can cancel their enrollment with an electric or gas supplier and remain with Duke Energy Ohio or their current supplier.

Cancelling under a Government Aggregation

If you've received a letter regarding a governmental aggregation – where all accounts in a local jurisdiction are enrolled with an electric or gas supplier – you have the right to cancel your enrollment and remain with Duke Energy Ohio.

Cancelling under Other Situations

If you've recently decided to enroll with an electric or gas supplier but have changed your mind and would now like to cancel your enrollment and remain with Duke Energy Ohio or your current supplier, you may do so.
