Enroll in Clean Energy Connection for Income-Qualified Residents
To enroll in Clean Energy Connection's income qualified program please complete the form below. In addition to completing this form, please email a photo of a document that can be used for program eligibility verification to CECQualified@duke-energy.com. These include: Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Medicaid, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), SNAP-EBT and Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). We suggest you redact any personal identifying information leaving visible the Assistance Program name, your name, and any applicable dates of participation. Your enrollment can not be processed until this information is provided.
Your Clean Energy Connection participation will result in a fee/credit pair appearing on your bill. The credit will always be $0.68 per kW higher than the fee. You can cancel your participation at any time by emailing CECQualified@duke-energy.com or logging into the customer portal.
