Eligibility

In order to qualify for Energy Design Assistance, participants should meet the following criteria.

  • Must already be opted in or have plans to opt in to the Energy Efficiency Rider

  • Be in the design phase of a new construction, major renovation or addition project

  • Be dedicated and committed to investing in energy efficiency
