Direct Stock Purchase and Dividend Reinvestment Program
- Yes, the InvestorDirect Choice Plan. Select Direct Stock Purchase for a printable prospectus and enrollment form.
At any time, you may request that all or a portion of the shares of our common stock credited to your account be sold. We require written instructions either by mail or fax. Requests must be signed by all registered holders of those shares.
The sale price of any shares sold will be the weighted average price of all shares sold for participants in the plan during the period in which the independent agent is provided with plan shares for that sale. You will receive the proceeds of the sale, less a nominal brokerage fee (currently $0.10 per share) and any required tax withholdings or transfer taxes.
Checks for the proceeds from the sale of plan shares are mailed by first-class mail on the third business day after the date plan shares are sold.
An investment date for optional investments will occur each Thursday. If that day is not a business day, the investment date will be the business day immediately following that Thursday. Optional investments must be received no later than two business days before an investment date. Automatic bank draft funds will be drawn on the 16th of each month or, if that date falls on a nonbusiness day, the next business day. If the draft occurs on any day other than a Friday, the funds will be invested during the same week. Bank drafts occurring on a Friday will have an investment date in the following week.
