Please submit all vacate requests to vacate@duke-energy.com and include the information below. We will respond to your vacate request within seven (7) days and we will advise if we need additional documentation at that time.

1.  Proof of ownership  
2.  Survey 
3.  Sketch and legal description of area to be vacated  
4.  Legal description in .doc format
5.  Plans of proposed development/ future land use
6.  Photographs
