Lake JamesACTIVELast Update: 11/17/2009 11:13:27 AM Duke Energy continues to have a significant construction project underway at the Catawba Dam on Lake James and in constructing a new Bridgewater Powerhouse adjacent to the Linville Dam. During the fall and winter, Duke Energy expects to manage Lake James within normal seasonally adjusted lake levels. With the ongoing construction activity associated with the powerhouse, generation schedules may be changed without prior notice.
