Energy Maintenance Service

This is especially true of the elderly and disabled customers. Therefore, Duke Energy is offering an Energy Maintenance Service. To qualify a homeowner must be:

  • Elderly and/or disabled
  • Have an income of 175% of poverty level or less
  • Own their home
  • Heat with Duke Energy supplied or distributed electric or gas
  • Be a Duke Energy electric customer
