Are you moving to a new residence and need your Duke Energy electric service transferred from your current residence? If so, just complete the on-line form below to transfer your service.
When a customer transfers from one location to another, we review his/her Duke Energy payment records for the previous 12 months. Based on this review, it sometimes is necessary for us to request that our customers re-establish credit by paying an appropriate security deposit or by obtaining an acceptable guarantor.
- If security is required, we will contact you by e-mail and provide additional instructions.
- If security is required, it will need to be satisfied prior to electric service being transferred.

Our service personnel are available Monday - Saturday; excluding major holidays. Please allow at least three business days from today to complete your order.
