Where can I get regulatory information on Duke Energy’s regulated jurisdictions?

What is Duke Energy’s dividend policy?

Subject to the discretion and approval of the board, the company will continue to target annual growth in the dividend consistent with its long-term 4 to 6 percent earnings growth rate.  Between 2016 and 2020, the company's dividend payout ratio is expected to be between 70 and 75 percent, reflecting the quality of the company's lower-risk core businesses.

What is Duke Energy’s long-term growth assumption?

Duke Energy expects its core businesses to grow between 4 and 6 percent through 2020, based on 2016's midpoint of $4.30 per share

What is Duke Energy’s 2015 adjusted-diluted earnings per share (EPS) guidance range?

On February 18, 2016, Duke Energy introduced its 2016 adjusted diluted EPS guidance range of $4.50 to $4.70 per share.  The midpoint of this range assumes a contribution of $4.30 per share from core businesses and $0.30 from International.
