How to continue receiving your bill notifications by email.
Currently, you receive an email notification when your bill is ready. However, due to a system change, you need to re-enroll in an online account and select paperless billing in order to continue receiving your bill this way.
If you do not take this step to re-enroll in an online account, now known as My Account, the new system will automatically revert you to paper billing through the regular postal mail.
To continue receiving your bill notifications by email, simply re-enroll in My Account now.
Go To My AccountOnce you are re-enrolled, you can easily select paperless billing to continue getting your bill notifications by email.
This change is a result of system upgrades over the past two years. Since you have not signed in online during that time, the new system is unable to recognize your account. Once you re-enroll in the new My Account, we think you’ll be surprised and pleased by the new features.
