Frequently Asked Questions
Customer satisfaction is paramount to Duke Energy. It’s why we routinely perform inspections to help make sure professional work is being done to the highest standards and meets your expectations. The contractors we refer are evaluated on each inspection and monitored monthly as a part of their overall performance.
Not every job is inspected, but all submissions are subject to a possible on-site inspection. Duke Energy randomly selects jobs for a quality assurance inspection to ensure our Find It Duke contractors are meeting our requirements as well as your expectations. If your job is selected, you may be contacted by a Duke Energy representative to schedule an on-site visit to view your new installation to verify. This process could take a couple of weeks.
This can vary by type of job and the necessary improvements that need to be made. Typically this is addressed as a priority and can be remedied within a couple of weeks.
Duke Energy does not charge any additional fees for quality assurance inspections. We provide these inspections so you can have peace of mind to know your Find It Duke pro is performing quality services.
Similar to school grades, our Find It Duke pros must maintain a 95% rating (grade A) or higher.
