2015 Licensed Hydro Recreation Reports

Duke Energy is always working to maintain and expand our recreational areas open for public use. Section 8.11 of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s regulations requires licenses to prepare a Licensed Hydropower Development Recreation Report (Form 80) for each development within their projects. 

The form is used to gather information for use by the commission and other federal and state agencies to identify what recreational facilities are located at licensed projects, examine whether public recreational needs are being accommodated and determine where additional efforts may be needed to meet future needs.
