Duke Energy Indiana, Inc. - Solar Renewable Energy Bid Proposals
Duke Energy Indiana, Inc. (Duke Energy Indiana) is soliciting solar Purchase Power Agreements (PPAs) for electrical capacity and energy totaling up to 5 MW. Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) and all other environmental attributes associated with the proposal must be included.
- Duke Energy Indiana has a locational preference for projects to be located in the Duke Energy Indiana service territory.
- Minimum size of 1 MW (AC) with a maximum size of 5 MW (AC) per proposal. Solar sites may be aggregated to meet minimum proposal size. Minimum site size to aggregate must be 250 kW (AC) or greater.
- Projects must be connected to the grid as quickly as feasible after Duke Energy Indiana receives regulatory approval, with a preference for projects to be in-service no later than 12/31/15. Contract term of all proposals must be 20 years.
This RFP will be administered via PowerAdvocate (www.PowerAdvocate.com). You must be registered as a supplier in PowerAdvocate to gain access to the RFP. Once registration has been accepted by PowerAdvocate, please share your interest in reviewing the RFP via an email to INDRenewableRFP@duke-energy.com. An invitation to the event will then be shared.
Respondents must submit their proposals to the PowerAdvocate platform on or before 5:00 pm EDT on March 28, 2014.
