Duke Energy is committed to meeting your business energy needs. We can start, stop or transfer service within 3-5 business days. Requests are completed Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Security Deposit Options
All non-residential customers must establish credit prior to electric service connection. Several security deposit options are available for new businesses with unestablished credit or existing businesses with established credit risks.

Report a Power Outage

Report a Streetlight Outage
Use this form to report an outdoor light that is not working. If there is a hazardous condition such as a wire hanging low or lying on the ground, please call us immediately at 1-800-POWERON.
