Self-Diagnostics Table

The following table focuses on the typical types of disturbances that are experienced within a business premise, such as sags and swells, surges, and noise. Often these disturbances are caused by the load of a particular piece of equipment. This table differentiates between pieces of equipment that are highly susceptible to disturbances (referred to as victims) and pieces of equipment that are large contributors to disturbances (referred to as culprits). Electrically separating the victims and any culprits by placing them on different circuits may eliminate the disturbances.
