Use the Business Energy Audit to help make your business more energy efficient and safe.
How to Get Started
- Sign up for Online Services to automate your Business Energy Audit online. The 12-month billing and usage history of your business account will be automatically entered in the audit. To register for Online Services, you’ll need:
- A Duke Energy account number
- A Federal Tax ID.
Once you log in to Online Services, follow these instructions to launch the online audit.
- Register/add your account with Online Services.
- Click Small Business Energy Audit from your Online Services page.
- Select the account for the audit, if you have multiple accounts.
- You can also access the audit without signing in to Online Services. However, you will need to manually enter the billing and energy usage history of your account for the last 12 months.
Complete audit without signing in to Online Services
- New Online Services User?
- Sign up for Online Services and complete the audit.
- Existing Online Services User?
- Log in to Online Services and complete the audit.
