Mountain Island Lake

Mountain Island Lake is located downstream of Lake Norman, northwest of Charlotte, in Lincoln, Mecklenburg, and Gaston counties, North Carolina. Mountain Island Lake has a surface area of about 3,117 acres and 96.5 shoreline miles at full pond elevation of 647.5 feet MSL.
