But sometimes lights may burn out or flicker. Luckily, it's easy to tell us if a light needs to be fixed. Here's how:

- Provide as much information as you can - like the location of the light and a description of the problem.
- Once we receive your request, we'll work to make simple repairs within just a few days.
In the meantime, it'll help if you're able to safely tie a ribbon or cloth around the light pole that needs work - so we can quickly locate the issue.
