Safety Calendar Contest

Power Delivery’s 2013 Safety Calendar Contest has been a huge success! We received many terrific drawings and once again had a difficult time choosing the winners. The selection team, consisting of Jeff Dierker, John Wical, Marty Zearbaugh, and Dee Putnam, reviewed all of the drawings which had the artists’ identity concealed. They chose 13 drawings for the calendar, including one for the cover.

The calendars will be available in January for distribution by local supervision to all Power Delivery employees.

This is the third year we are producing this calendar and Power Delivery really appreciates the level of participation. From the looks of the entries, we can tell our employees are taking Duke Energy’s safety culture home and sharing this important information with their families. Safety is a family matter to be shared at home and at work. Zero Injury and Illness is achievable and with everyone’s dedication we will make it a reality!
