Duke Energy owns 33 percent of the unit (Dayton Power & Light owns 67 percent). Killen Station is located in the Reliability First region and Duke Energy’s share of generation is dispatched into the Midwest Independent Transmission System Operator (MISO). Duke Energy’s share of the unit is governed by the Ohio/Duke Rate Stabilization Plan.
