Mill Creek Combustion Turbine Station
- Capacity: 640 megawatts
- Location: Cherokee County, South Carolina
- Commercial Date: 2003

Mill Creek Combustion Turbine Station is a 640-megawatt, natural gas-fired generating facility located in Cherokee County, S.C.
Mill Creek operates as a peaking facility, generating electricity quickly during periods when customers’ electricity usage is greatest—usually hot summer afternoons and cold winter mornings.
The Mill Creek facility consists of eight natural gas-fired combustion turbines. Natural gas is the primary fuel for the plant, with fuel oil as a secondary fuel source. The energy generated from Mill Creek is enough to serve approximately 500,000 homes in the Carolinas.
Duke/Fluor Daniel designed and constructed the eight-unit plant.
