Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity
Duke Energy Indiana filed an application and supporting testimony in the fall of 2006 with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission for Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) to construct the Edwardsport IGCC Plant in Edwardsport, Indiana. The hearing took place in June 2007 and the IURC approved the plant in November 2007.
