Stop Service
You can stop service at an existing residence by simply logging in to Duke Energy's Online Services.
We will make every effort to complete your request as quickly as possible. Our service personnel area available Monday – Saturday; except major holidays.
Please allow at least two business days to complete your request.
Existing Online Services User?
Log in to Online Services and click Stop Service in the left navigation. Follow the prompts to stop service at an existing residence.
New Online Services User?
Register for Online Services and create a user profile. Once you’ve created your user profile, click Stop Service in the left navigation.
