This energy efficiency kit is available to
Duke Energy single family home customers in Ohio who have not received an efficiency kit from any other offer in the past three years.

Your free kit will include compact fluorescent light bulbs, weather stripping, faucet aerators and other items that will make your home more energy efficient.

1. Go to the Home Energy Calculator » and complete a few questions about your home. Press the calculate button.
2. Your initial input will estimate your base home energy costs. Follow the directions at the top of the page to calculate and compare other scenarios to discover measures or actions that will reduce your energy bill.
3. When you are finished, click the link to "request an Energy Efficiency Starter Kit" and fill in the application. You will need your Duke Energy account number from your bill.
