You may download any of the Word, PowerPoint or PDF files in various ways, however, one method is explained below.
- Right-click your mouse on the file that you want to download.
- You will get a sub-menu.
- Select "Save Target As."
- This should bring up a "File Download" dialog box followed by a "Save As" box.
- Navigate through your folders and choose the folder in which you want to save the file.
- Click on the "Save" button.
- Select another file and repeat steps 1-6.
