Downloading Files
You may download any of the Word, PowerPoint or PDF files in various ways, however, one method is explained below.
  1. Right-click your mouse on the file that you want to download.
  2. You will get a sub-menu.
  3. Select "Save Target As."
  4. This should bring up a "File Download" dialog box followed by a "Save As" box.
  5. Navigate through your folders and choose the folder in which you want to save the file.
  6. Click on the "Save" button.
  7. Select another file and repeat steps 1-6.
