Certified Supplier Detailed Historical Interval Meter Data

For certified suppliers not currently receiving on-going detailed interval meter data for a particular end-use customer, the certified supplier may request historical interval data after receiving the appropriate end-use customer authorization. This request will be made via EDI/DASR to Duke Energy. Duke Energy will transfer the interval meter data in a standardized electronic format. Certified suppliers will obtain detailed historical interval meter data by logging into the secured certified supplier area of this Web site. Certified suppliers will be charged a tariff-based fee for detailed historical interval meter data. The charges for these services are listed in the Certified Supplier Tariff.

Instructions for Retrieving Interval Data:
  1. On the Customer Choice Web site click on the Retail Supplier - Electric Customer Choice hyperlink.
  2. Scroll to the Secured Certified Supplier Information section on the bottom right and click the ID & Password hyperlink.
  3. Enter ID inthe User Name field and your Password in the Password field.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Click on the Retrieve Interval Data hyperlink to display instructions for downloading the available files.
