Cancelling under Other Situations Business & Large Business Customers
Ohio Business and Large Business Customers can cancel an enrollment with an electric supplier unless the enrollment is for an account considered mercantile (>700,000 kWh annually or a national account). If so, the enrollment cannot be cancelled.
