How to select the correct file
Each file below contains yearly information for a particular Customer Segment, WRF or a Flat Rate Profile, and Average Hourly Demand. Match the Load Profiling Segment Assignment (RS0, DM0, DS4, etc.) from the Pre-Enrollment List CD to the files listed below.
Example: A customer in Segment RS0 would correspond with data in the RS0_WRF_2000.csv file.

How to Download and Save a File
You may download these files in various ways, however we will explain one method:
- Right Click your mouse on the file that you want.
- This will bring up a sub-menu.
- Pick "Save Target As."
- This should bring up a "File Download" dialog box followed by a "Save As" box.
- Navigate through your folders and choose the folder in which you want to save the file.
- Click on the "Save" button.
- Select another file and repeat steps 1-6.
