Please complete one of the service requests below to start service at a new or existing business location, or if you are moving from business location in the Duke Energy service area to another.
We will make every effort to activate your service as quickly as possible. Our service personnel are available Monday – Friday; except major holidays. Please allow at least two business days to complete your request.
New Duke Energy Customer
Use this request if you have never received a bill from us.
Existing Duke Energy Customer
Use this request if you are a current or former Duke Energy customer. If you are moving to another location served by Duke Energy, please remember to stop service at the location you’re moving from.
Modify/Cancel Start Service Request
