- Request an application, qualify and place a minimum order of 100 bulbs* by 5/31/2013.
- Install 90 percent of bulbs ordered and complete the program within 90** calendar days.
*Properties ordering 100-499 CFLs get $10 gift card; 500-999 CFLs get $25 card; 1,000+ CFLs get $50 card.
