Customer Resource Center

Because we are committed to our customers and their success, Duke Energy offers a 20,000 square foot branded facility for hosting informative seminars, hands-on demonstrations and educational workshops.  At this state-of-the-art facility, customers can easily access comprehensive resources and interact with experienced Duke Energy professionals and other industry leaders. Our goal is to improve customer satisfaction by facilitating solutions to customers' business problems.

The Customer Resource Center's primary purpose is to showcase electric technologies and Duke Energy's value-added products and services.  These include
