Lynn J. Good, who will become Duke Energy's group executive and chief financial officer July 1, will address Wachovia Securities' 19th Annual Mid-Year Equity Conference in Boston on Wednesday, June 24, at 3:30 p.m., via webcast, viewable through the Investors section of Duke Energy's web site: www.duke-energy.com/investors/.

Good is currently group executive and president of Duke Energy's commercial businesses.
