Duke Energy will webcast its annual shareholders meeting on Thursday, May 10, 2007, at 10 a.m. ET.
The event will take place in O.J. Miller Auditorium at the company’s Energy Center headquarters located at 526 South Church St., Charlotte, N.C. James E. Rogers, chairman, president and chief executive officer, will address shareholders during the meeting.
