Duke Energy to Webcast Annual Meeting on Oct. 24
CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Duke Energy will webcast its annual shareholders meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 24, 2006, at 10 a.m. ET.
The event will take place in O.J. Miller Auditorium at the company’s Energy Center headquarters located at 526 South Church St., Charlotte, N.C. Paul M. Anderson, chairman of the board, and James E Rogers, president and chief executive officer, will both address shareholders during the meeting.
