Duke Energy to Webcast Special Shareholders Meeting on March 10
CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Duke Energy will webcast its special shareholders meeting to vote on its proposed merger with Cinergy on Friday, March 10, 2006, at 10 a.m. ET.
The event will take place at O.J. Miller Auditorium at the company’s Energy Center headquarters located at 526 South Church Street in Charlotte, N.C. Duke Energy Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer Paul Anderson will address shareholders during the meeting.
