TEPPCO PARTNERS L.P. NAMES WILLIAM H. EASTER III TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Easter, 54, is chairman, president and chief executive officer of Duke Energy Field Services (DEFS), having been elected to that position in January 2004. He was most recently vice president, state government affairs, for ConocoPhillips and has had a 30-year career in the areas of natural gas supply and marketing, transportation, refining and petroleum marketing.
“Bill Easter brings significant energy experience to TEPPCO’s board of directors,” said Mogg. “His knowledge of the overall energy industry will be very valuable in advancing the Partnership’s growth strategy.”
