TEPPCO PARTNERS ANNOUNCES PIPELINE EXPANSION IN NORTHEAST
This project is part of a system-wide effort to increase TEPPCO’s deliverability of LPGs. In addition to the northeast expansion, TEPPCO will complete its “We are committed to growth in our LPG markets and continue to look for opportunities to increase the amount of LPGs that move through our system and terminals,” said Thomas R. Harper, vice president -- commercial downstream. “This project sets the foundation for further expansions based on future market conditions.” TEPPCO is the only pipeline that transports LPGs from the upper TEPPCO Partners, L.P. is a publicly traded master limited partnership, which conducts business through various subsidiary operating companies. TEPPCO owns and operates one of the largest common carrier pipelines of refined petroleum products and liquefied petroleum gases in the United States; owns and operates petrochemical and natural gas liquid pipelines; is engaged in crude oil transportation, storage, gathering and marketing; owns and operates natural gas gathering systems; and owns a 50-percent interest in Seaway Crude Pipeline Company, an interest in Centennial Pipeline LLC, and an undivided ownership interest in the Rancho and Basin pipelines.
