HOUSTON – TEPPCO Partners, L.P. (NYSE:TPP) declared a fourth-quarter cash distribution of $0.575 per unit, payable Feb. 8, 2002, to unitholders of record on Jan. 31, 2002. This distribution covers the period from Oct. 1, 2001, through Dec. 31, 2001.

TEPPCO Partners, L.P. is a publicly traded master limited partnership, which conducts business through various subsidiary operating companies.
