Gilbert will be responsible for strategic planning for the group’s short- and long-term future, particularly financial planning and forecasting. She joined Duke Energy in 1999 and was most recently senior vice president and chief financial officer for Duke Energy North America. Prior to joining Duke Energy, she was senior vice president of finance for CHI Energy Inc. and had served in several executive positions with CRSS Inc, an architectural, engineering and construction services company.
