CHARLOTTE, N.C. – DukeSolutions announced that William R. Doucette has joined the business unit as vice president of sales and marketing. Doucette will be responsible for all sales and marketing activities throughout North America. Reporting to Doucette will be all vertical market sales groups and the company’s marketing and sales support groups.

He comes to DukeSolutions with more than 25 years of business-to-business sales and marketing experience with leading energy and telecommunications firms including PG&E Energy Services, PennUnion Energy Services, AT&T Communications, British Telecom and Contel Corporation.

Doucette’s career accomplishments cover the spectrum of sales and marketing management, and also include additional experience designing and managing alternate sales channels, managing global customer service centers, strategic and financial planning and acquisitions and divestitures.
