DUKE POWER OFFERS TIPS TO MANAGE WINTER WEATHER

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – As the Piedmont Carolinas are experiencing the threat of snow and ice along with very cold temperatures, Duke Power offers its customers energy tips to help manage winter weather.
