The Application was filed on Tuesday, May 11 with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). TEPPCO seeks authority to charge market-based rates for the transportation of refined petroleum products along its pipeline, including all origin and delivery points covered by the applicable tariffs set forth in the Application.

TE Products Pipeline Company, Limited Partnership, one of the two operating partnerships of TEPPCO Partners, L.P., which is a publicly traded master limited partnership, is one of the largest common carrier pipelines of refined petroleum products and liquefied petroleum gases in the United States.
