Engage Networks Announces Strategic Alliance With DukeSolutions Offering E-Commerce Energy Services

Milwaukee, WI — Engage Networks, Inc. has today announced an alliance agreement, signed recently with DukeSolutions, Inc., a Duke Energy subsidiary specializing in integrated energy services for large end-use customers. Engage Networks will provide a ground-breaking application of e-commerce under the EnfoTrakSM brand name, an Internet-based real-time metering and information management system.

Through the alliance, Engage Networks and DukeSolutions are the first in North America to bring comprehensive web-based energy information services to large industrial, commercial, governmental, and institutional customers.
