Houston, October 16 -- TEPPCO Partners, L.P. (NYSE:TPP) today declared a third-quarter cash distribution of $0.4 5 per unit, payable November 6, 1998, to unitholders of record on October 30, 1998.

This quarterly distribution covers the period from July 1 through September 30, 1998.
