Lake JocasseeACTIVELast Update: 10/15/2009 3:39:27 PM Recent rainfall continues to help the basin but not nearly enough to recover completely from the long drought. Lakes Keowee and Jocassee are managed as a system. Returning Jocassee to more normal levels has been the priority. Weather forecasts indicate a drier than normal fall and winter so water is being stored as much as possible in Jocassee in the event the forecast holds true.
