Duke Public Relicensing Library
Public relicensing records, as well as Project reference documents, are available for review at the Duke Energy Center Building located at 526 S. Church Street in Charlotte, North Carolina. There will be no charge for viewing the documents in person at the Duke public relicensing library. Access to the Duke Energy Center is controlled, and requires an escort and advance notice. Certain documents are restricted from general distribution. These documents include: (1) those covered under the FERC’s regulations protecting Critical Energy Infrastructure Information (CEII) (18 CFR 388.113); (2) archaeological survey reports or other information identifying the locations of Historic Properties; and (3) reports that contain information regarding the locations of rare, threatened, or endangered species. Submit data requests for this type of information to ktrelicensing@duke-energy.com. Requests for access to this information will be evaluated under Duke’s policies, relevant FERC regulations, and applicable laws.
