If you see a fallen power line or safety hazard involving our equipment, call Duke Energy at 1-800-543-5599 and select Option 2 or contact your local emergency services immediately. Keep others away until help arrives. For your safety, do not touch a power line or anything touching a power line such as limbs, tools, and toys. Power lines that have fallen are dangerous and should not be moved.
